Payment & Cancellation Policy


Stand alone Courses

As we keep the numbers on our courses small to allow plenty of space and time for even the most shy person to ask questions and join in debates, if people are unable to attend at the last moment this does cause problems for us, so we do ask for a non-refundable deposit.

The deposit to hold a place on any course is £50. This is not refundable.

The remainder of the course fee is required at least 14 days before the course starts. In the event of exceptional circumstances meaning you are unable to attend after paying the full fee a refund may be negotiated.

Accommodation - We have negotiated discounted hotel rooms at the training venue but the contract for accommodation is between the participant and the hotel not M&D Associates.


Bespoke in-house courses

We enjoy working with clients to create bespoke in-house training packages. Considerable work goes in to the design of these packages to ensure they are relevant to the client. For this reason, we require 50% of the fee to be made when then contract for the work is agreed and the remainder within 14 days of the end of the course.


Payment is by bank transfer or cheque


Special needs

If you have any special needs e.g. mobility, dietary etc please do let us know when you are booking a place and we shall do our best to address them.
