This two day course explores attitudes to conflict and challenges negative assumptions, presenting conflict as an opportunity for creativity.

Deze 2-daagse cursus onderzoekt de verschillende standpunten met betrekking tot confict en stelt ter discussie waarom conflict een negatieve associatie oproept in plaats van het te zien als een bron van creativiteit.
Gedurende de 2 dagen krijgen de deelnemers op een actieve manier de gelegenheid technieken aan te leren, zoals hoe om te gaan met conflict.
Deze technieken kan men gebruiken in iedere situatie, zowel in de zakelijke, - alsmede ook de persoonlijke sfeer en introduceert CONFLICT COACHING en MEDIATION.
De cursus wordt gegeven in Nederlands en Engels en besteedt aandacht aan de volgende elementen:
- Voorkomen van een negatief conflict;
- Managen van een conflict;
- Oplossen van een conflict.

Monica en Diana zijn ervaren coaches, mediators en psychotherapeuten. Zij geven trainingen aan de Regent’s University in London in mediation technieken voor de Bar Council/Law Society geaccrediteerde mediation cursus.

Daarnaast verzorgen ze trainingen met betrekking to Leadership, Coaching en Conflict Resolution over geheel Europa.
Zij treden op als mediator in tal van conflicten, van conflicten op de werkvloer, familie vetes, jeugd bendes tot paramilitaire organisaties in Noord-Ierland.
In haar vrije tijd schrijft Diana boeken en artikelen over phsychologishe onderwerpen en Monica in de schrijfster en editor van de onderstaande boeken.

This two day course introduces participants to the use of coaching skills and how they can be used in different contexts.
Participants will have the opportunity to develop and practice coaching skills. These skills will then be set in the context of conflict prevention, management and resolution are conflict will always be found in all coaching dilemmas. Conflict may come from other people or contexts, but may be internal.
