Conflicten in de entertainment industrie, hoe ze te voorkomen en op te lossen.

Het leven van een startend kunstenaar in de entertainment industrie, als amateur of professional, gaat niet over rozen, al lijkt het allemaal zo makkelijk.

Societeit de Kring en MIMs (Mediation in Media) nodigen je uit voor een interactieve work-shop waarin aandacht wordt besteed aan conflicten in de entertainment industrie en hoe je deze kunt voorkomen, managen en oplossen.

Deze workshop geeft waardevolle tips aan startende kunstenaars actief in film, theater, dans, muziek en/of televisie op het gebied van juridische, financiele en relationele aangelegenheden.

GUERNSEY - May 2018

We returned to FCG in Guernsey at the beginning of May to run the 'Building The Pediment' module of the Leadership Programme. the work focuses on the values and principles which hold everything together in growth and restructuring.

GUERNSEY - SEPTEMBER 2017

We returned from Guernsey after running the 6th module of our Leadership Training Programme for the wonderful Leadership team at FCG. We have been fortunate enough to work with this great team of people since last year and to see the rate of growth and development of this company which rates the development and well-being of its staff so highly.

We began the programme by exploring theories of leadership and the different styles of leadership. This month's module focused on Conflict Prevention, Management and Resolution. We shall be returning in November for the next two day module which is on Creating and Communicating a Vision. The forthcoming module for May 2018 has the intriguing title 'Building The Pediment'!
